Well my kinda sport is try to do several breathing exercises sitting on the floor... i like the floor contact... going barefoot is one of the things i most enjoy...
And go errands with no direction walking... better with flip flops... i like late at the beach cause i can go barefoot even refresh my feet on the sea side... so yeah walking... seems not a proper exercise but to me is the thing that helps me most while i can do it... sometimes my problem is i kinda need a lot the company for a walk... like it would relax me more...
breath and walk very simple things but very useful when you pay attention while doing them...
Today I went on a 1hr walk with my almost mother-in-law. She walks about 20 times faster than me, it killed me to keep up and I eventually gave up. Oh and there were a bunch of grandpas and grandmas that were jogging over 10 laps... I was exhausted after WALKING 4 laps. Seriously, I know this is overused but... FML!!!!
Walked my dog for half an hour. I know that isn't very long but he is getting on in age and I do a lot of running with him in the fields...I don't want to wear him out too much
Three to four hour horse ride, on the roads, through the woods and in the fields, and then when I came back, I spent some time with the horses in the field. Running around with them so yeah quite a bit of exercise today......and then I'll just do it all again tomorrow
