Daily Exercise

1 hr vigorous walk (at 6.30AM, seriously now? I usually sleep till 12 :lol:)
 
1.5 mi Treadclimber followed by ab tone and weight resistance training for 30 mins.
 
I ran in the park, but it was more like connecting the dots, with the very few working streetlights. I didn't think it was the best start of the day to run headlong into a tree so I decided to go give up after half an hour.
 
ashtanga yoga for 30 minutes
(I did it at home so I chose wich positions to do) :blush:
 
Treadclimber for 1.5 miles
30 mins ab exercises and weights.

Planning to do some indoor rock climbing tomorrow B)
 
first time I played badminton in almost 2 years - it felt great. !
did it in 2 hours

and biked for 1 1/2 hour
