Daily Exercise

I took a bad, bad week off ! :blush:
but back on track today :

30 mins walk
15 mins crunches
400x jump rope
 
my lord... you guys certainly get some exercise in! Feel like I need to jump on my bike... actually, that's what I'll do.
So, 30mins bike today for me :)
 
always forget to post, can't remember last week, but
tuesday: 1 hour run
yesterday: 1 hour stationary bike
