Daily Exercise

Today:
10km bike ride to work and back
5km run at a "women's run" in a park

Tomorrow:
1h horse riding
7-10km run (hopefully)
 
20 min interval run.
Bosu ball v-ups & crunches.
Hi/lo pulley.
Fixed barbel bicep curls.
 
so far.. 90min hot yoga
45min walk
6 min sprint

will end doing another 45min walk
3 hours running around on my feet at work
20min swim
 
3 mile run today.

I booked myself into my first spinning class at my gym tomorrow morning. I hope I don't fall off the bike!
 
1hr on treadmill, average speed = 7.5 on 3.5incline
150 pushups
200 situps
150 curls (with 30lbs weights + 5lb curl bar)
150 squats
