lunges are good, then if you have an oppotunity to go to the gum you can do (I am not sure I use the right terms for it in English) dead lift, hyperextension1 hour of boxing, afterwards 20 min cycling and did 100 sit-ups and worked on my armmuscles.

. I did weights for an hour and then 20 mins of cardio on a treadmill
