Daily Exercise

Monday- SPINNING 60min
Wednesday- SPINNING 50min
Thursday - BODYPUMP 60min
Saturday- SPINNING 60min
 
1 hour on the treadmill...I'll do another hour tonight.
 
had bikram this morning for the typical 90 mins

then adult ballet for 2 hours.

sore sore sore and hungry hungry hungry
 
i really need to start to exercise. i dance a little but other than that ive never been to the gym or gone for a run or anything in my life. i'm seventeen. :/ i have a very fast metabolism so i'm naturally skinny and have never felt the need to exercise, but i want to tone up and get fit.

any tips on how to get started/keep at a routine? :)
 
gah i would... but i live about 3 hours from melbourne. i'm thinking of joining fernwood. or at least getting my friend to do some group classes with me to start off with.

just out of curiosity though, virgin active sounds interesting... is it only for beginners?

I am obsessed with spinning and bodypump. It is so much fun

I would start with pilates/yoga



As for me I did weights and cardio today :wub:
 
Just joined the gym a week or two ago now.
Beginners yoga was cancelled at the last minute so we decided to just go to the gym anyway (after a serious sugar binge) and I spent 65mins on the treadmill! Two episodes of Scrubs were on TV which helped A LOT! Covered over 6.5km through running and walking fast on an incline. Excuse the amateur bragging, I'm feeling pretty smug right now as I only had my induction on Monday and haven't been running/excercising in months... ^_^ I will just post simple numbers from now on ha :blush:
 
6.5/7km on the treadmill, intervals of running jogging and power walking
and about 5mins on the stepper machines, they kill my calves?!
