I would start with pilates/yogai really need to start to exercise. i dance a little but other than that ive never been to the gym or gone for a run or anything in my life. i'm seventeen. :/ i have a very fast metabolism so i'm naturally skinny and have never felt the need to exercise, but i want to tone up and get fit.
any tips on how to get started/keep at a routine?![]()
