Bikram Yoga this morning, for the usual 90mins...lovely and schweatayyy!
 
1 hour of boxing, afterwards 20 min cycling and did 100 sit-ups and worked on my armmuscles.

I need to work out my butt. What kind of work-outs can I do?

lunges are good, then if you have an oppotunity to go to the gum you can do (I am not sure I use the right terms for it in English) dead lift, hyperextension


as for me after 1 month of absence un gym:cry: I finally was able to work out today:heart:. I did weights for an hour and then 20 mins of cardio on a treadmill
 
quick crisp 10 min run around the park + 15 min bike, 15 min elliptical, free weights at the gym
