Daily Exercise

1 hour walking my nephew in the stroller then I am off to do 1 hour on the treadmill, walking/jogging.
 
Today: 1 hour elliptical (to make up for a yesterday of doing absolutely nothing.)
and Yoga later!
 
Friday, bike ride over bridge to East Village, and bike ride home.
Saturday, ride over bridge to Union Square and then back.
Today: 40 minute bike ride running errands.
 
I haven't posted here in forever but I've been exercising everyday!

Lately it has been:

1 hour running/walking on the treadmill
~1 hour on a stepper machine
 
1 hour on the treadmill, 40 min walk pushing my nephew in the stroller and 20 min cardio pilates. I am tired.
 
Yesterday: 50 minute bike ride.
Today: Hour on the elliptical.
Tomorrow: 2 hour yoga intensive.
