After reading your posts I feel really lazy...Since last year I am trying to increase my daily physical activity:
-I go for walks more often
-Take the stairs instead of the elevator
-I've been running since January every other day...but i stopped 2 weeks ago...I have to start again!

I think Box Attack is something like Body combat and all other boxing/marshall arts inspired classes. They just go by different names in different gyms. Haha, sorry I replied, though obviously I am not Belowen
I did boxing/combat style work out today, plus tons of abs, squats and push ups, 1 1/2 hour total. I feel so good now, but too tired for stretching. Blah, it is the one thing I always "forget"...
30 minutes run in the park
then about 20 minutes stretching ect. (Im a ballet dancer (not a professional ) so thats why I do lots of stretching and such)
