The Asics...I'm not too sure which part of all the numbers and letters is the model name, but "Gel Kuomo" T something?

It has support for the inside of the foot, and I was advised to wear it with an inner sole, which was provided by the running shop man.

He kept videoing my gait until it was perfectly straight.

It paid off!

Today I bought Eye Toy:Kinetic and am embarking on a 12 week training programme to get in shape

I envy everyone in here who can exercise more than once a week. I've been having some problems with exercising lately. I do it normally, but lately I've been having troubles getting into the swing of things. I work 8.5 hours every single day and I'm absolutely exhausted when I get home. All I wanna do it take a nice long nap. I literally have no energy and I won't until I take a nap. THe problem is I neverget up from that nap. LOL. I don't know what to do and I like working out but the dog days of the week literally wear me out. What are some tips?

Yeah its terrible, I used to run 2.5 Miles every day in 30 minutes; but after doing it for 3 months, and seeing hardly any improvement physically in any way I gave up. Im now skinnier some how. Besides running is so friken boring and it takes so long.

i have felt like you, absolutely exhausted when i got home from work, but truly the key is to NEVER SIT DOWN. When you get home, put on your work out clothes and LEAVE then you cant fall asleep and you could very possibly find some energy you didnt believe you had once your at the gym (or running or what ever it is you do for exersize). Sometimes this was my only option, and there were many a night when i was running till 11 pm.

every couple of weeks you should be increasing your mileage, to continue seeing results (once you get up to 5 or 6, you really dont have to go up to 20, but you know what i mean). If you really hate running and think its boring, try some other form of cardio that you will enjoy! Swimming is great exersize, biking is great exersize, and the machines at the gym are great too (and often you can read a magazine while working out, possibly making it more fun!)

I have the same problem really, plus I come from a country where the length of day and night don't vary so much year round. In my head, when it gets dark,it is bed-time. But here it is 4pm.

I pack my gym clothes in when I go to work, and I drive straight to the gym. I have set this as a challenge to myself;to remain fit throughout this winter and to understand that the day is not done when the sun goes down.

It is so tough sometimes. But it's working so far...

And yeah...if you hate running,do something else...the most important thing is to love your exercise;to get that high. That's what has you going back fro more:). If you can,get an exercise buddy. For me,unfortunately,I have to go it alone.

Having said that,I've been so lazy the past couple of days:lol: . Back on the horse tomorrow!!!
