Pilates today... Then maybe some cardio... SO tired though... don't know if I can find the energy... stupid insomnia.......

I don't know what to do and I like working out but the dog days of the week literally wear me out. What are some tips?

jdrumstik said:Yeah its terrible, I used to run 2.5 Miles every day in 30 minutes; but after doing it for 3 months, and seeing hardly any improvement physically in any way I gave up. Im now skinnier some how. Besides running is so friken boring and it takes so long.
