Daily Exercise

I did 30min on the stationary bike, went for a walk to buy cereal, and might do some push ups and stuff later tonight

With the bike, I find it soooo deadly boring. At first, I listened to music, but now I read and sometimes knit to pass the time.

30 minute's of running/jogging and walking off and on

same thing again today, it was a pretty sunny day but cool enough to not be miserable. It stinks that after taking like 2 weeks off how you lose your stamina. It encourages me to not stop for that long. Oh and I did 60 reps in one weight exercise for my arms:rolleyes:

I tried to do Power Yoga with Rodney Yee (DVD), but it was too hard, I could only do 10 minutes. Does anyone know of any good Yoga dvds?

Good on you for getting back on track!! I have to go again today...haven't been for a week either:rolleyes: .

45 minutes at school parking lot since the track was locked up:o

40 min on stationary bike and 20 min of free weights

Stretching isn't such a good idea for a warm up, you're more likely to tear muscle fibre. It IS great as a warm down and also just as maintenance to keep muscle lean and long rather than packing up. 5 - 10 min slow jog is a good warm up, it gets the blood moving and muscles all working in unison.

I can't run atm:cry: (recovering from mild pneumonia, running can aggravate it) which is terrible because I'm quite hooked on it (have been running for 3 months only!) so I'm quite restless. So at the moment I'm doing yoga, walking and weights. I also like to play with my exercise ball and pilates bands. I mix it up a lot, otherwise I get extremely bored!

Hopefully I can start running before Xmas as I'm worried about all the food!!!

Ah I had a horrible day...ate soooo much crap, got home late, had to wait around for dinner etc. so I finally got to doing a bit of rowing at 11pm then 10min later I got a really bad foot cramp :( I say it's a sign...saying...I should just eat less?

I got my own elliptical machine at home - my only cardio...I can't really run, coz my knees are bit f*cked up and it's not good for me.
I just started to do it daily + my awesome pilates of course:)
Anyone has some (good) results with ELL. MACH???

^hell yeah...but only if u doing it right...which takes some time, but it is great...

^ lol i do it everyday, the advanced one.. because (i don't know if it's just me) in the beginners one, when winsor focuses on dagny or however u spell the name, it kinda gets really irritating.. ESP wen ur not following wot dagnys doin and ur kinda waiting for winsor to get onto the nxt exercise.... thats just my opinion lol.

I've been using my elliptical for half a year now (4-5 times a week for about 40 minutes) and I have lost almost 2 inches off my hips! :woot: Given the fact that I am 5'10 and 117 lbs it's a pretty good result, I think. ^_^ So keep it up - it does work!!! :flower:

Moving my jaws up and down and raising my glass from the table to my mouth:cry:
