Daily Exercise

50 minute bike ride. My arms are so sore from moving yesterday. My biceps are like veal. I need some strength training.
 
Today:
Push-ups: 5 sets of 10
Lat pulldown: 5 sets of 10 reps
Free weights: 5 sets of 10 reps
Bike: 20 minutes
