40 minutes walking my dogs :lol:
 
Today I rode my butt off on my bike, no idea how many hours, or mileage, but I am pooped now. I took the Williamsburg bridge in and out of Manhattan which is steeper and more challenging for me.
 
I ran a half marathon yesterday. 2 hours and 1 minute. Not a great time, but I was happy I could run the whole way. Well, I did stop at the water stations, 'cause if I don't, I get hiccups. Yesterday I was really tired and thinking how this would be the last time I'd ever go through something like that again, but today I'm already planning how to get a better time next year :innocent:.

Today I'm going for a long walk, and then to the gym for some arm excercises.
 
did 30 mins on my bike yesterday and going to do 30 today. For some reason my muscles are getting exhausted lately I think I may need to start taking protein bars etc after my work outs again as I hate waking up the next morning all sore.
 
YESTERDAY

30minutes running on trademill.
60minutes of bodypump.

TODAY

40minutes running on trademill.
60minutes of bodyattack.

I am in training to run for an hour - I run for 16 minutes today; didn't think I could manage it at all since I was on vacation for a week and did not do any running during that time... but I managed the run today, yay!
Tonight I'll do yoga for 2 hours..
 
^Thanks! And keep up the good work. You'll see, runner's high, there's nothing like it ^_^.

I'm going out for a walk to the park and doing a routine called "Playing the pounds off" or something like that with some girlfriends :D. Our kids are coming with us and it's supposed to be like boot camp or something. We'll see. Anything outside is fine with me at the moment (20 C yayyyy!)
