Daily Exercise

Everyday 45min hometrainer.
30min bike ride.
And sometimes I go for a 40min walk after dinner.
 
day 1 week 1 couch to 5k

The couch to 5k program is awesome and I can highly recommend it. I completed it a few years ago and fell totally in love with running and got in the best shape of my life. Unfortunately I stopped but I am currently doing it again and am on Week 2 Day 1. :) Good luck!!
 
Monday- cardio weights 45mins
Tuesday- 4.5k run
Wednesday 5.1k run
Thursday- Weights 40mins
 
Thursday: 1 hour Body Blast class
Saturday: 1 hour Zumba class
