13 miles. I do cross country! I still can' manage to get a six-pack :/
 
Tomorrow: another 12 miler.
Monday: again, another 12 miler on the bike.

Tuesday:
33 minutes on the elliptical
22 minutes brisk walking (with a little running) on the treadmill.
 
I think brisk walking in trademill is awsome, especially if I make it like I am walking up hill.
it feels great and burns calories and makes legs look great.
