Daily Exercise

wednesday: 20 minute walk / 30 minute wii fit (yoga, balancing, muscle toning & cardio)
 
thursday: 45 minutes wii fit (15 fitness first / 30 wii fit plus)
 
Overall a poor workout today.

20 mins on the tread mill
30 mins of weights and leg exercises
 
40 minute bike ride.
Tomorrow hopefully I'll get a good long ride in somewhere.
 
Didn't hit the gym today.

Did walk for about 20 mins from restaurant to home, though.

20 mins on the cross trainer
 
60 mins on the tread mill
60 mins on the cycle
