120 min Zumba & Zumba Toning

I'm enjoying my endorphins now, whoop whoop .... I :heart: Zumba!
 
i walk for 45mins every morning. can't say I've seen much of a result. i guess that would be more apparent if i change that to a light jog every morning. *sigh*
 
30 mins on the tread mill
30 mins on the cycle
30 mins on the elliptical
30 mins on the rowing machine
