Daily Exercise

This entire week: nothing.

Have been bed-ridden for a week. Came down with a bout of horrible flu and throat infection. :yuk:
 
Wednesday: Rest day
Thursday: 1h Zumba, 30min bike
Friday: 3. something km run, weights, 100 crunches
Saturday: rest day

Anyway, I've almost back to normal now, so I hit the gym today.

15 mins on the tread mill
15 mins on the cycle
15 mins on the elliptical
30 mins of weights


It's not much, but I didn't want to put my body through its paces on the very first day. ^_^

Sunday: rest day (yeah, I took almost the whole week off. lazy)
Monday: official rest day :lol:
Tuesday: 5k run
 
Wednesday: another lazy day
Thursday: 35min elliptical, weights
Friday: AM 2.5km jog
 
Friday PM - Tracy Anderson sitting arms, Tracy Anderson mat work-out
Saturday - 5k run, weights, crunches
Sunday - 1h elliptical, 50 leg extensions, 100 crunches with 10kg
