40min on trademill
50min whole body workout with kettlebell
 
Yesterday: 40min bike

I have to start training again! Maybe starting on the 1st.. B)
 
1/1/2012: 6km run
2/1/2012: 2.5 km run (got sick) 30min bike
3/1/2012: 1h bike
 
7/1 30 minute run
8/1 40 minute run

I'm going to take a break from running tomorrow, stupid weak knees!
