Daily Exercise

Signing up for my second half marathon. Not going to run everyday, every other day at most once I get the distance of them up over 10K again, only at 8K so far.

Went for a run last night but it was -2 degrees centigrade and my lungs gave up on me after 15 minutes :huh:
 
Does anyone know how many pounds I'll lose if I burn 300 calories a day in one week? 1 pound? Less?
