Daily Exercise

I don't know if it has already been mentioned before but...
Has anyone tried the 30 day shred by jillian michaels?

I'm trying that as my daily exercise.. It's quite good!
 
Er, 20 minute walk.

Does that even count? :blush:


1 hr of total body workout or core body work out. Or something like that.

My first ever group class, and bloody hell, I'm aching all over.

Blimey, it's been almost 5 months since I last entered a gym. Can't believe how lazy I've become.

Time to join a gym again, I reckon. Hopefully sometime in April.
 
30 to 45 minutes rope daily basis
gonna jog tonight for 30 minutes
walking from champs elysees to puteaux 1 hour of walk (1 day or 2 days a week
I feel that fast walk is doin some wonders on me
my bod has changed a lot

I went out for a 30-40 minutes run my feet are burning the hell out of me lol

I got the series version of the Ballet Beautiful DVDs & did it 3 days ago & yesterday. And now my arms are horribly sore & I now look really strange when I have to lift my arms up super slowly.
