I've started working on my body a week ago. I do everyday the same exercizes, which are :
45 mins (13km/8miles) bike riding
100 press ups & 100 crunches
And a low fat diet.
90 minute walk around my neighborhood. I actually walk everday since I live in a very hip walking town. The grocery store is a 30 min walk, as is the post office. I get my exercise while running errands.
