Daily Exercise

Crikey! The last time I posted in this thread was sometime in 2011. :o I didn't go to the gym even a single day in 2012. Bad, bad, bad! Have resumed working out, so hope to post here often.
 
Wow I feel like so unathletic out of shape reading all of these. I usually walk 2 km to school and back every day and to any appointments/errands I run. I haven't stepped into a gym in a few years, I find them unbelievably boring. I am one of those people who can eat quite a bit and stay slim but I would like to be more active in my routine.
 
Yesterday 6km run
Today 24km cycling plus 30 min running after my puppy who hasn't learnt to come
 
Thursday: 2km Run
Friday: 2km Run
Saturday: 3km Run
 
Saturday: 5km
Sunday: 6km

had to cancel my PT for tomorrow morning as I have hurt my back, I didn't know this but apparently you are supposed to stretch your back before running!
 
Monday: 45 minutes dance cardio
Wednesday: 1 hour dance class
Saturday: 4km walk
 
Yesterday, hour of biking around outside.
Today, about two hours of biking around outside.
