Daily Exercise

30 minute walk, 10 minutes yoga/stretching, planning on going on another 30 minute walk later.
 
40 minutes of elliptical + 1 hour of pilates + 100 squats [blogilates squat challenge]
 
Monday 05.13 - 1 mile tempo run / upper body workout

Wednesday 05.15 - 2 mile tempo run / 75 sit-ups / stretches & etc.
 
Monday (24/06) 10 minute run / 10 minute uphill fast walking intervals / 1 set of arm reps

I'm struggling with shin splints, so I'm gradually building up my distance/speed/time again.
 
Wednesday (26/06) 1 hour high intensity dance class
