Daily Exercise

Since I was sick for over a week and was basically lying in bed all the time, I decided to shake it up, doing 1/2 of C.Crawford's workout (too weak to do the whole thing yet:blush:)
 
half hour walk with the dog and tried the brazillian butt lift dvd today - hated it! it was absolutely mental

Really, how come :lol:? Were the moves weird, unefficient or something? As a workout video enthusiastic I`ve tried to search it on the internet, but seems there is nowhere to download it from.
 
<< The Brazilian butt lift was so much high intensity - it felt like someone pushing you to do burpees for 30 min straight… I normally love body weight exercises but this was mad

I may have been a wuss on the day from the terrible heat - maybe I should give it another go…

Today: 1 hour biking + circuit of sprints/ jogs, lunges, squat thrusts, burpees, leg press
