This thread has inspired me to get back into exercise. A long walk is in order tomorrow.

I'm thinking of starting a routine at my gym. Doing weights and light cardio + a class I like on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (cx worx, butt blast and dance) so I can get off days to rest my muscles.

I am very curious about some classes on Saturdays though, especially body pump - does anyone have any experience?

^ My gym doesn't offer classes if I want a class I just go to Yoga. Good luck!

Friday: 12 mile bike ride, 30 minutes cardio at gym
Sunday: 4 hr hike
Monday: 12 mile bike ride, 30 minutes cardio at gym.

today 30 minutes on the row machine plus various squats and jumping around with a bosu ball.

An hour of 'Insanity: Max 30,' the regular workout + the modified version.

I'm exhausted.

Yesterday I did a 30 minute body combat class and it left me horribly hot and flustered... after shower my face was still red and burning, and about 1h later when I got home I felt like I was still catching my breath :ermm: probably the sign of a good workout, but also probably the sign that it's not for me...
