Daily Exercise

Thursday - 1.5 Mile Run (Warm up) - Stair Master (10 minutes), Treadmill, Steep Hike (15 minutes), Cycling (25 Minutes) and TRX (3 Sets, 12 Reps).

Friday - Same as Thursday

Haven't been able to go so far over the weekend, because I've came down with the Flu.
 
Wednesday: 9 mile bike ride, 20 minutes kundalini yoga
Thursday: 9 mile bike ride
 
Yesterday I did a 24,4km bike ride (static bike at the gym)
Tomorrow I will be part of a 4,3km walk :)
 
Sunday AM 06/05 | 30 minute walk w/ the dog
 
Yesterday I tried hatha yoga and I will start doing it on saturdays most definitely.

I will also be asking for a plan at my gym...
 
Friday: 30minutes cardio
Saturday: 1 hr bike ride, hiking
Monday: 1.5 hr bike ride, hiking
