Friday - Same as Thursday Haven't been able to go so far over the weekend, because I've came down with the Flu.
Thursday - 1.5 Mile Run (Warm up) - Stair Master (10 minutes), Treadmill, Steep Hike (15 minutes), Cycling (25 Minutes) and TRX (3 Sets, 12 Reps). Friday - Same as Thursday Haven't been able to go so far over the weekend, because I've came down with the Flu.
