Daily Exercise

took the day off^_^ .. but I still walked alot going to one big flea market, one medium size and the county fair... So LOTS of walking:D I'm so tired:doh:
 
today:

40 minutes on static bike
50 leg lifts (each leg) + 50 legs lifts to different ways
50 sit ups
and some "hard to describe" exercises on fittball

I'm feeling so good :woot:
 
45 minutes on the elliptical...
then stretching and free weights.............

i need take the monotony out of my gym routine :unsure:
 
Good work everyone! :) You are all so motivating!

So far today I have been for a 30min powerwalk/run and later i plan to do 15min weights and 15min ab work!

walked 1/2 mile, ran 1.5, walked 1 mile
50 lunges (holding each for 5 seconds)

And then the following.......

#1 - 100
#2 - 100
#3 - 200 (100 each leg)
#4 - 100
#5 - 200
#6 - 50
#7 - 60
#8 - 50
#9 - 50 in 2 minutes

Great job!

I have school til 20 p.m. today, so I will be too tired to do some exercises...
 
So psyched up, I'm a dork I know, but I'm devising a plan to get in shape! I'm going to start going to the gym for @ least 2 hrs/day..I'm out of school right now so I have the time, once I'm back in school I will probably try for the 2 hrs..but it might only be 1! I'm going to start doing just cardio this wk/next wk, and then add weights, and do pilates dvds!! Oh gosh, I really hope this works, I'm scared that it won't, I guess that's dumb to say but I want major differences in my body, I'm so insecure yuck!

Today...

...2h Yoga class
...1 1/2h contemporary dance class

...and My every day routine(but I must admit it sometimes slips in the weekends...:innocent: :p )
...500 sit up(straight up, cross and on the side)
...50 push up(eventhough it's not the best exercise to isolate the work on the triceps, it's great because it also works your chest and you back muscles and If you're doing them properly you also have to engage your stomach muscles)
...3 sets of 40(for both left and right arm) weight lift for the biceps(5kg weigts, low weight is prefered for not bulging up...)
...pilates exercises for the back, the legs and the derrier...
... and I always do stretching exercises for every muscle group I have been working, for lengthening and keeping them flexible...
and I always add exercises for particular areas I feel I need to strengthening to this routine, but this is the basic...

Did 2 hours astanga yoga yesterday for the first time in MONTHS. Man, did it feel good. I wish I could go every day.

Today, though, I'll run 10 km and stretch loads.
