Daily Exercise

YAY! :) Go Bonchic I am so proud of you!!! No exercise for me today :( I was at uni aaaaaallllll day!!
 
35 minutes on a stationary bike at 20mph
front lateral raises with 5 lb. weights
raised leg crunch(25 for each leg)
2 sets of 10 french curls with 5 lb. weights
2 sets of 10 pec presses with 5 lb. weights
2 sets of 10 upright rows with 5 lb.weights
push ups
inner thigh lift(2 sets of twelve for each leg)
outer thigh lift(2 sets of twelve for each leg)

RUNNING and using the treadmill is very bad for your heart and bones. The best and most healthy exercise is fast walking. It is also bad to exercise in the morning and early evening is the best time.

A combination of yoga and fast walking is the best exercise you can have. Plus don't forget to go out dancing with your friends at a trendy club!!!

... does it have to be trendy?... is it alright if I just want to go to a place where the most exciting thing that happens is what the cat drags in..:meow:...;) :lol:

I have a 2hrs yoga class to go to soon...:muscles:...:p

I didn't do any exercise besides walking around my uni campus arranging my transfer to uni of sydney. I'm doing yoga tommorrow!^_^

^ Would that be at Pinnapple studios in London? I used to go there, but now I'm studying in Australia so...no pinnapple studios for me. boo-hoo..

walked 1/2 mile, ran 2 miles, walked 1 mile.

#1 - 150
#2 - 100
#3 - 200 (100 on each leg)
#4 - 100
#5 - 200
#6 - 50
#7 - 60
#8 - 60
#9 - 50
and 50 lunges
 
^ good girl...I need to do more exercise, but studies just get in the way..
 
40 minutes static bike
30 minutes of tonning (I practice some exercises from Bonchic's plan :blush: )
I hate counting movements during exercising :doh:

I do sometimes train at Pinnapple, but I mostly do professional contemporary classes at London Contemporary Dance School... but sometimes I do need my ballet classes... :innocent: ...

I did my daily Routine... but I must admit I skipped some of the pilates exercises for the legs, because my legs were killing after that Ballet class.. :innocent:...:p

^ When I was in London I would always join Karen's jazz class! She the best choreographer. I also did some belly dancing which was fun...I tried hip-hop once but didn't fit in. They said I'm not street enough and I just looked too elegant to be doing hip-hop...lol

I used to do ballet, I did RAD from age 2 - 14.

PS: Don't you find the receptionist guys at Pinnapple extremely rude??? I did!! Except for the short one, he was okay I guess.

Bonchic, i printed out your adorable drawings and actually did all the exercises tonight...besides for my arms feeling a little wobbly now i feel great! karma :heart:
 
^you may start with fewer reps and then build up.. That's what I am doing (did do);)

Go Bonchic! You are so inspiring! I did a 1/2hr run/powerwalk today because I was thinking I should get out and move because you always do hehe!:flower:
 
maybe i should join the club and try bonchic's workout plan as well B) my body could need some toning.

today i only did cardio. ran 5kms, walked one (500ms before and after). then 30mins on the stairmaster. i feel like i should get a medal for this, i'm so exhausted :lol:
