Daily Exercise

half hour tae bo
5 different weight exercises, 40 each
75 crunches
100 leg lifts
20 min walk
 
Bonchic, your excercise routine made me laugh!
(the drawings I mean ;))

Today (my first time excercising in a week after getting over jetlag and the uncanny cold weather in SoCal):

-20 mins on the treadmill at 6mph
-5 mins on the stationary bike
-10 mins of ab work
-10 min of pushups
 
Bonchic :lol: :D :lol: !!! I love it...especially your happy little facial expression in all the pics...I don't look like that when exercising :).

I think you should do all of yours in this format from now on...ok,only if it rains:lol: .

I'm going to tae bo class (60 minutes) and ab training 15 minutes this evening.

walked 1/2 mile, ran 1, walked 1/2 mile, ran 1, walked 1.
50 lunges (outside rather than inside) holding each for 5 sec.
stretched
all the exercises in post #974 (minus the lunges since I did those outside.)

any suggestion for the yellow exterior zone? the lower one!!:lol:
 
giulia - I would say to try lunges... and switch it up by holding it for a few seconds, or adding weights. Oh yes and maybe jumping jacks? Something fun:p :flower:

next month I'll also start acquagym , I hope my glutes will be thankful!

I walked more today because it was very cold and wet outside
and I almost talked myself out of running/walking at all today.
So I decided to take it easy.. but then I just had to run (1 mile)

Bonchic you're a lean,mean training machine...what's your mission? Or is it just spring?:p

I have been so lazy since Tuesday...but went shopping today;that's exercise,right?
 
50 more situps... and 20 crunches..

My goal is to have lean muscle (everyone that knows me, family, friends,etc.. know my sister as the stronger one and me as the weak one physically and that's one motivation). And to be healthy... I want to be healthy my whole life so I want to create healthy "habits" so to speak, setting myself up for a good healthy lifestyle:flower: ^_^
 
After some light stretching, I did one circuit of pilates for the abs and then 550 jumpropes.

Weight training class 30 minutes
Spinning class 60 minutes.
 
was going to take the day off but I didn't:p

walked 1/2 mile, ran 1, walked 1 1/2... so I did take a break from running today...
