I did do some exercises:woot: ^_^ I feel much better now:p

#1 - 150
#2 - 100
#3 - 200 (100 each leg)
#4 - 100
#6 - 50
#7 - 60
#8 - 60
#9 - 50

I'm very proud of my self, I did my dayly routine(se post 1010)... and it's sunday..:shock:... I didn't think I would make it...:innocent:..:lol:

^ Oh you poor thing That's the worst I find going for a slow to medium paced walk really helps Hope you are feeling better today!

-walked for 30 minutes- its beautiful out today!
-200 jumping jacks
-from Bonchic's plan-> 100 on each leg of #3^_^ :p

A 12 minute run on the treadmill while watching Grey's Anatomy reruns followed by portions of Bonchic's fab plan!

I always feel better after exercising, whether it's really small or a full out workout, it's better than nothing. ^_^
 
alrighty, am inspired by you lot and i'll try to get some exercise done today. i have not been exercising for the past six months due to work, how flabulous

walked 1/2 mile, ran 2 miles, walked 1 mile.

#3 - 200 (100 each leg)
#4 - 100

#8 - 60
#9 - 50
and 50 lunges (holding each for 5 seconds)

... A Contemporary dance class(Cunningham)... which was superb..:woot:

...that's all, but the day is still young so the dayly routine and streching exercises will come later...:muscles: :boxer:....:p
