Daily Exercise

so far today: walked 4 miles

#1 - 150
#2 - 100
#3 - 200
#4 - 100
#9 - 50 (plan on doing 50 more later.)

a light day^_^
 
Today: walked 1/2 mile, ran 2, walked 1.. the weather was PERFECT this morning! Nice and cool but not too cold^_^ I wish it would stay like this:(

#1 - 150
#2 - 100
#3 - 200 (100 each leg)
#4 - 100
#5 - 200
#6 - 50
#7 - 75 (15 more than normal)
#8 - 75 (^ditto^)
#9 - 2 sets of 50 = 100

Good job!:flower: Yeah it's alot easier to run when it's cooler hey! The weather is like that here at the moment and it makes me so much more energetic than when it's boiling hot thats for sure hehe! Keep up the good work :)
 
I only want to tone my arms, abs, thighs, and legs. Is that too much to ask for? :unsure:

I'm going to start running and playing tennis. fun!
 
^ hey jumping jacks are good exercise!:woot: I love doing them^_^ And I found that bouncing a basketball off the side of my brick house really works out my arms:shock:

and 50 lunges not holding for 5 seconds
 
I haven't exercised since Saturday:ninja: Hope to go to the gym this afternoon for 30 minutes cardio and 20 minutes strength training.
 
Okay, as i mention before i WAS going to start today, BUT i had to get my eyes dialated and checked so I could barely see in the light and instead I watched reruns of America Next Top Model. I am so dissapointed.

-pilates for 45 minutes
-walked for 45 minutes (5 km)
i'm trying to go to the gym every second day starting from today. i have to get into shape :D

WOW! :woot: Go Bonchic!! I am to exercise as much as you today! My aim is to:

- Do a 35min run/powerwalk
- 50 sit-ups
- 20 mins pilates (for legs and butt)
 
3 mile jog... in the pouring rain...--->:ninja: thats my face in my hoodie
 
well, this spring I've really pushed myself to exercise everyday. Some people on this thread are so dedicated, I'm impressed.

Today, 3 mile walk
Yesterday, 12 mile bikeride
Monday, 12 mile bikeride
Saturday, another bikeride

for me, that's quite the streak.
 
It poured with rain today and didn't stop so I didn't get my 35min powerwalk/run in so here is what I did instead:

-20mins pilates
-30mins yoga
-50 situps
