'lampost' running is great for building yourself up...walk a couple lamposts....and then run to one...and repeat, and then as you get fitter you can run 2 walk 1 and then eventually forget about the lamposts ;)
 
Yesterday - one hour body scuplt class!

Adi, pilates is fabulous --- you're going to love the results if you incorporate it into your workout!

an hour powerwalk
45 min. assorted cardio
100 leg lifts ea. leg

i'm so happy i've gotten into the habit of walking everyday ^_^
 
Walked to the gym for an hour of
Muscle Yoga, which incorporates light weight training with yoga practice
I was quite inspired by Bonchic's 100 crunches, so I did 100 of my own today! (In two sets however...not quite that good yet)
Went to the pool for some refreshing laps...I swam a 500 (20 laps) and kicked a 200 (8 laps)


Way to workout everyone!!
 
Today
stretched..walked 1/2 mile, ran 2 1/2, walked 1/2... stretched.

#1 - 150 weights
#2 - 100 weights
#3 - 200 leg lifts (100 each leg)
#4 - 150 scissor splits
#5 - 200 side exercises
#6 - 60 weights
#7 - 75 weights
#8 - 75 weights
#9 - 100 situps
and 50 lunges in about 2 minutes.. not holding
 
pilates :heart:

i was also supposed to do some boxing but then i spent too long time in groceryshopping that i missed the class.. but tomorrow i'm gonna do some serious calorieburning :D

About 15 mi. of biking today... about 70 min. total.
 
today

it was raining and storming very bad this morning so
I had to run a little later:doh: and it was much warmer then:yuk:

walked 1/2 mile, ran 2 1/2, walked 1/2...

and I took the day off from the rest of the exercises^_^

walking in the town for 2 hours (shopping is really good exercise :D)

Ooh.. I have neglected my dayly exercise routine a bit, while I was in Denmark... but now I'm on track again..:woot: ...

Today... I did my dayly routine, with some extra strengthening exercises for shoulders and chest... and lots of stretching... I needed that...
....:boxer: :muscles:....:p

... and now it's time for pizza...:lol:

Can I just ask -is the ski machine considered resistance or cardio? Because it makes sense that it is cardio but you are pushing and pulling with you arms and legs... Also how comes I burn the same amount on the ski machine and on the treadmill in a certain amount of time even though I am far more knackered on the treadmill?
 
what do you guys think of yoga? If i did classes a few times a week could it really aid in getting in shape at all?

today: walking to the bowl on the table to get more cadbury's eggs. ohh boy so out of shape!
