Daily Exercise

Any daily exercise tips to get firmer more toned (but not too muscular) in these specific areas and with fast results (yes, I am asking too much :blush:) ?

1- Firmer upper arms
2- Firmer around that area
3- Bottom of leg area in the back.... needs to be firmer...

any tips of stuff I could do daily....? I've been so lazy lately!

Me too! I do different exercises but for the same area (push ups one day, free weights another). But I like to keep posting so I can stay motivated.

You might try something like pilates or yoga. It's simple and gives you great results. It's alot of fun too so it's easy to keep doing :flower:
 
Right now...I just started fasting...and all I've been doing is lunges and using my ab lounge, good results. Good diet also works for great abs.

Do you have any specific exercises you can suggest me? Because I am really clueless... :blush:

I was also wondering if jogging made your legs firmer or do they give you big bulky legs?

I wouldn't be able to describe them well, but there is a great website you can check out. I use it all the time.

click on "diet and fitness", then click "working out", then select "pilates"

There is also a section called "toning" that lists body parts and you can pick exercises. I like to pick something new every week.

Jogging will not "bulk" you up. Not even lifting weights will bulk a women up. You'd have to take steroids and really hit the gym hard to look like a bodybuilder so don't worry, :D . A lot of women are afraid of weights because they think they will turn into the hulk, but weights are the best way to tone and firm.

God, when did I turn into my PE teacher? :lol:

havne't gone to te gym for a week now (bad girl!) but i have biked 10 km every day when i go to work. and i usually try to bike with very high resistance to feel it in my thigs. haven't gained weight yet, so.. ;)
 
I do half an hour of pilates... 100 crunches and a half hour walk...but i can't seem to tone my face! my cheeks are still chubby....:(,,and suggestions?
 
^ well my face has a round-ish shape no matter what too;)

ran 3 1/4 miles
weights
resistance bands
leg lifts
biked through national forest with dad & 8 yr old brother for 2 hours

Wow, I feel like I haven't done anything compared to everyone here... only a morning run, about 40 minutes around the block.
 
^^^Everyone is at a different level, as long as you are pushing yourself, who cares? :D

1 x 150 then I was exhausted
 
I...ran for the bus last night. Then I walked into the cinema to buy posters. Oh well my thighs are decreasing who cares XD

Fox in the Snow I would love to see your body because you do ALOT of exercise lol!!

For ONE week i have done 2O MINS OF PILATES..its scary how much i am toning up :)

Yep, that's the ones... Bonchic has made a great drawing where some exercises are "described", that one included. ^_^
