p.s. 20min. walk to school today..and abs later depending on the response i get lol
Maybe somebody else has more info on this...but I think if you do them properly they are beneficial. I have heard they are good for you and bad for you (just like eggs right?), but have been going to the Abs class at my gym and we do a lot of crunches.
As for my workout today- lap swimming again
but my "route" is mostly uphill, so I don't feel soo bad!
