today " 20 mins of pilates
50 crunches
danced around for 15 minutes
 
Went to abs class tonight and then ran just a mile..trying to build my cardio functioning back up!
 
I am about to go run for 35 mins
250 crunches
200 leg presses
200 inner thigh thinges
200 outer thigh thingies
200 plunges
 
100 scissor splits
50 lunges
200 various sit-ups
100 tricep dips on the floor
200 leg lifts

with weights:
50 overhead
50 bicep curls (each arm)
50 back arm exercise
50 other thingies
 
HaHa I just viewed Bronchics illustrations on page 49..lol very weel done..I can't belive you fo 200 leg lifts!! I was at 50 and my muscles in my thighs and even my bum started hurting and really squezzing. and when i rotate side, the leg i was laying on hurts just as much. Any suggestions?
 
I was looking through the thread for some exercise ideas and I'm just wondering, how many calories do you normally burn when you exercise?
 
^^ calories...I have NO idea. I don't count or keep track of that stuff.


Went to a ridiculously hard 'boot camp' workout at the gym..kicket my butt!! (in a good way) ;)

It depends on height, weight, sex, age, body fat and what you are doing. There are some online calculators that can give you an estimate though. Try google. :flower:
 
30 minute walk.
50 scissor splits
20 lunges
60 situps
20 cruches
10 pushups...streching


I still need to know what butt thingies are lol
 
On Sunday: 45min outdoor run
Yesterday: 35' crosstrainer (on a 12), 15' uphill walking, 15' abs/arms
Today: have to decide whether 60 cardio at the gym or outdoor run... mhh...
 
I don't know if we can ask this here but i trust ya'll so here it goes..
I enjoy doing situps and crunches.. But i have read it magazines(such as intouch and Us) thats itups dont really do anything and it is bad for your lower back..... is this true? and which one is more beneficial for abs? for tightening the tummy?

Running outdoors for 40 min. yesterday. Unfortunately I don't know how many miles I actually run as I don't own a training watch yet.
 
Oooh my very first post & what better way to start but in the daily exercise thread!
Yesterday: 60 min run, 10 mins on the stepper & triceps (totally pooped after that effort!)
Today: 45min Cycle class & abs
