Bonchic, I'm totally unfit but I really want to be shapely and flexible ... where do I start? Do you have any tips for a total beginner?

Im going to a fitness center which costs a bit of a fortune but its worth it. you can do everything there. they even got a great spa, stylists, beauty clinic,pools,whirlpools,pilates,yoga..

find something you enjoy doing... whether it's taking a stroll or riding a bike. Then you'll gradually feel yourself wanting to do more;)

40 min walk...hopefully that helped get rid of my poutine and pb sandwhich ! :s

Yesterday
Morning ~ 2 Hours Ashtanga Yoga
Evening ~ 1 Hour Pilates

Today
Morning ~ 2 Hours Ashtanga Yoga

I did an hour on the eliptical... it's been a while since i did that, was great!

Keep up the great work everyone :)

Today: 30 minutes yoga + 300 crunches

yesterday: 45' outdoor run, making use of the nice fall weather we have. running is something i'm starting to really love as it's all about "me-time" and the perfect way for me to relax after a day at the office.

today: 1 1/2h cardio (mix of treadmill, bike and eliptical).
