Daily Exercise

Tues: 50 min cycle class
Wed: 1hr cross trainer, 30mins weights, pilates
Today: 50 min cycle class and weights later this arvo :)

monday, wednesday and friday - 50-60 minutes cycling
tuesday, thursday and saturday - one hour of pilates

I've signed up to do this intense class with a Thai Boxing instructor... I went last night just to watch, and it looks a bit hectic... there are 20 different stations with boxing bags and other apparatus like steps and weights and there are 20 people and they all rotate after 3 minutes of using the apparatus. This goes on with no breaks inbetween for an hour. It looks hardcore, but also alot of fun and everyone there looked like they were having a great time, so I'm going to try it with a few friends next week.

I'm also going to go to a Taebo class once a week.

Fashion Junkie thanks alot for this quote.so inspiring i'm putting it as my msn nic so I can see it everyday. This may sound bad but who is that man that quoted it?

First post; what I will try to do from now on (but will be hard with all the work in Uni):
Saturday: running (with a programme that allows you to run 5 kilometres non-stop after 10 weeks)
Sunday: 30 à 60 minutes of swimming
Monday: nothing, or 'Pilates for dummies' (is it any good?)
Tuesday: running
Wednesday: nothing or 'PfD'
Thursday: running
Friday: at University one hour of exercises for a more toned body  it's so much fun
How does that sound?
And all of this in combination with a healthy diet (most of the time )!
Good luck everyone!

today I ran/jogged/walked on the treadmill for 25 minutes. and my school campus is pretty big so I would consider that at least a 30 minute walk.

yesterday: 60 min bodystep class
60 min bodypump class

today: it's snowing like hell, so i'll just to some muscle exercises at home

Pilates for dummies is the best :)
today: walk for an hour only..

Nice. Can you tell me how many times to use it to achieve visible results? Because I don't think the lady mentions it.

jogged on the treadmill for 40 minutes at 10% incline and 5.0mph

Jogged for an hour and 30 minutes, and I'm downloading some fitness videos that I can hopefully try later!

Today: 50mins on crosstrainer
and so much walking up and down stairs at the library... on one level the photocopiers were broken, another the computer servers down and someone had jammed the money machine.. grrr it really didnt help my research for my majoy essay!

Carrme this will sound even worse but i have no idea!!! From a search i did he was the founder of General Motors. Whatever that means:ninja:.

It's an amazing quote indeed.

Can smoeone please tell me how many times to use 'Pilates for dummies' to get results? Because I don't think the lady mentions it. :-p

yesterday 65min of mixed cardio (50' eliptical, 15' stationery bike)
today: 45' cardio and 20' weights

last week i was trying to compensate my gym-absence (as i as on holiday in dubai! :D ) with horseback riding, wakeboarding (how much fun is that!) and swimming/snorkeling. now trying to get back into the gym rythm.

Okay when i started it was like 3 times a week because I was so sore (out of shape lol) I started on a Monday and on Sunday i could literally see definition in my stomach and legs I have never seen! So that motivated me to go everyday the week after and after two weeks I was happy with the results. Every other day is good. But its not the most intense pilates workout so I say if you have time, you're safe with 5 days a week or how much you want
