Daily Exercise

Today I used the Healthrider for 2 15-minute intervals. I usually go on a 6-mile walk/jog everyday, but today my mother wasn't home, so I had no one to go with :cry:
 
I just did 25 minutes Tae Bo. It was 54 minutes but i couldn't do it, it was impossible!! No wonder it's called Billy Blanks Ultimate Bootcamp.
I can't feel my legs.:doh:

Fantastic advice FashionJunkie! Theres no point being hard on yourself over a few bad days. It makes it do much harder to get back into it if your in a negative mindframe. I find if Ive fallen off the bandwagon, by day three I wont really feel like doing anything buuut if I force myself to hop on that crosstrainer or go for a walk (even if its only 15 mins) then the next day it will become easier and the day after that even easier!

buuuut back to daily exercise...

Yesterday: 1hr pump class and 30mins on crosstrainer
Today: 1hr crosstrainer and now off to study :yuk:
 
i wish that i exercised more than i do. wednesdays i have ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, and hip hop for 2 1/2 hours. and on thursdays i have an hour of jazz. every once in awhile i will do pilates, but i'm going to start doing it everyday....let's see how long that lasts for...;)
 
I went to the gym. On my way I thought I saw Yaya Kosikova with a friend but I'm not sure b/c i was rushing to get pick up a friend, so who knows. Did 1 hr 1.5 mins of cardio straight, no stopping, no pausing. Then did some light weights. Felt great. Showered. Then ate Wendy's Big Classic with bacon, medium fries and Coke :ninja: .... every 2 hr or so i get hungry. So i eat, something, power bars, Pringles or fruits whichever is accessible .
 
today:
60 min bodystep class

i was supposed to go to a stretching class but i was tired after my cardio workout that i just went home. should do some stretching now..
 
Yesterday : 25min Aerobics. 15min Indoor Bycicle.

Today : I'm planning to do some bycicle too.

I'm feeling so heavy those last days. I think it's because I can't sleep well lately.. :doh:


Carrme, I'm very surprised 'cause I always read that you've been walking a lot! My question is, where do you go walking? I mean, you go to a park, city centre? Every time I try to walk I don't know where to go.. Something strange, I know. :blush:

45 min spinning
60 min bodystep class
some muscle exercises at home
 
30 minutes of climbing the bleachers combined with trail running behind the stadium. Not trying to lose any weight, I just like to get my heart going
 
Yesterday : 20min. indoor bycicle.
Today : 45min. indoor bycicle + 15min. walking :flower:

Last night I went to Yoga and today I ran outdoors- so much different than running on the treadmill!!
 
Every minute counts!^ I have been working soo much lately because I need the extra money, but I waitress and my shifts are 6 to 8 hours. So that is constant walking and i'm staying in shape 1 :)

KateMoore : I hope you're feeling better lately! I love to walk. When I was my my old city I would walk to Tim Hortons and back, that was a 50 minute walk. And I would only buy a Green Tea or bottle of water or coffee. Having a destination made my walk seem more constructive.
Now I live in a smallll farm town lol. But I speed walk (squish the tush ;) ) around town, out by the fields and there are a few trails . I love thee nature so its nice! Somedays I bring my cd player and wlak until the is finished.

Hope i helped a little or gave some ideas. whatever you feel more comfortable with :)

I think I'm going to start walking as soon as I can. I mean, I'm going to search the right place to go walking and just, go!


Another question :

At home, I usually work out on the indoor bycicle. But, I'll like to do some video exercises. I've the Pilates one, but I want more variety -to do pilates on mondays and the other one on wednesdays, for example.

I'll be very lovely if you could help me.

Hey all !

I'm so so so happy !

I've just signed up in a gym this afternoon. :D :D

Today work-out :

- 1hour step class.
- 18min. on the treadmill.
- 5min. on another machine.. I don't know the name. :blush:

And, tomorrow I'm going to work out there too. I've a spinning class at 6pm, so I think I could be there one hour in advance and do some exercise at the treadmill.
