60 min bodystep class
60 min bodypump class

so cardio on weights ^_^

Doing my hectic kickboxing class tonight... a bit nervous but if it gets too much I'll just sit some of it out ...
 
I don't really do exercise but this week ive done 2 days worth of weighted crunches (150 each day) and 20 minutes on my friends powerplate three times this week. No real point as it produced no results..:lol:

pilates for me too. God it burns!!!LOL And one more, one more, you can do it just on more and another, good, the last one....OH FOR THE LOVE OF GOD ENOUGH ALREADY!!!

Yes, it is certainly a FEEL THE BURN workout!!

Went to Abs class last night
 
Wednesday- Jogged for an hour and I spent 5 minutes jump roping!

Today- Ran 6 miles and hopefully if I have time I can get better with the jump rope :)

you know when you have totally gone off the band wagon with no exercise and overeating? thats me these past two days.. i don't know what to do tongiht :( damn its too cold to walk.. i may do some crunches and bicycle move during the OC or something ;p
 
ended up dancing to Christina Aquilara cd..whoo ! im sore today :)

I know exactly what you mean.
I've been soooo lazy those days.
Consecuence : overeating and putting on weight.
