Daily Exercise

Now that I'm living with the parentals again, I'm in leafy London suburbia. Which means, I can go horse riding, swim and use the tennis courts all for free! Except I hate swimming coz it gives me broad shoulders...
 
yeah i'm pretty sure my only excersize this weekend was getting up to go to the bathroom or walking into the kitchen.

yesterday 35 min on the cross trainer (elyptical i think) and 30 on the treadmill. day off today. :p
 
I went swimming today, I swam about 1km. no broad shoulders so far..
 
i hate doing exercise, prob i am just being lazy..is this the only weight to lose my fat??>.<
 
Big day today!

Ran seven miles
One hundred press-ups
Four hundred sit-ups
Fifty pull-ups

I ache

Yesterday: 50 minutes cardio, abs, biceps, legs.
I've been at it for 3 weeks and I'm noticing a difference already. Now if I can only stop my night snacking. I only eat good stuff at night - salads and fruit - but I should still stop that habit! ANd it's so hard.
 
Today I took my pilates class (1 hour 30) and I walked for about 2 hours. ;)
 
I do yoga and walking. It's the healthiest excercise in my opinion, for my joints and ligaments.

Why thank you. It's always enviable to be envied.

We got seven miles (cross-country I will add) down to fifty-three minutes today! I'm proud (and I still ache)...
 
I ran a 10k last Sunday. Since then I've been out bikeriding a few times, have made several trips to the market on foot... ;)
 
I'm proud of myself today ^_^ ;

I ran 2,4 km in 12 minutes :woot:
and then later I walked for 1½ hour.
