Daily Exercise

Ladies...How do you do it?? What do you eat, what kind of body do you have and how do you manage to stay with it ??? A run and 600 abs a day .... its a bit excessive, where do u find the time???
 
Spinning & light weights this morning.

Elliptical this afternoon.

And cycling throughout the day (to the gym & back.. to school & back..)
 
I have a volleyball game AND a basketball game tonight so I think that'll be enough exercise for today.. but I'm still sore from yesterday's workout.. :(
 
it's my job to stay in shape. right now i've got all the time i need to work out.

unless my mom has the car =(

just did an hour of walking and going to jazzercise again.

then gym later for an hour of weight training.

woot.
 
Does anyone wear those watches when running that track your milage, calories etc? (Polar, Nike etc make them)

I have been giving them some thought, they seem like they would be motivating...?

You mean something like a heart rate monitor? I have one (Polar) and it's great. It's really worth the money, IMO. :flower:

Today I rode my bike to school and back. That's it. :unsure: :doh:

pilates class (1h30)
walking (30 min)

today (so far ) :

walking (40 min)
mini weights lifting workout
 
yesterday
a lot of running and walking

today
rope-skipping (a lot of fun)
 
A half-marathon 1 Hour 57 Minutes...

The record for the full marathon is 2 Hours 4 Minutes :shock:
 
i'm back in the game....:woot:...
after 2 full months of no workouts....:ninja:....

yesterday: 40min jog
today: 30min jog, 30min elliptical
