Daily Exercise

yesterday i was rushed, so only 3 miles... gonna go run right now hopefully at least 4
 
fashionistangel thats my fav form of exercise!


tomorrow I go in for my last x-ray for my leg....if all goes well I will be HAPPILY and GLEEFULLY marching over to the sauna and gym following my appointment...really easyt exercise though at least its something. NEVER have I craved for exercise like this - this is what sitting around eating junk for 8 weeks does to you
 
-30 minutes cycling to and back from gym
-30 min elliptical
-60 min bodypump class

gosh i consumed almost 1 litre of water during this workout session. love :heart:
 
yesterday i walked back and forth from my dorm to my classes 7 times... trust me, it's like half a mile each way :wacko:
 
:S..only one litre??? gosh... wenever i work out..i must b consuming approximately 3-4 litres
 
Oay, i'm posting what I plan to do tomorrow this way I will nott only be lying to myself but a forum full of people haha:

One hour yoga, then half an hour swimming, and then to top the day off 20 minutes of pilates.
 
I think I busted my knee a little on my runs...when I walk it feels like something's pulling at the back of my left knee :cry:

I'm wondering whether to go for my usual run today...
 
it's probably best to take a day off and see how you feel tomorrow astatine, 4 miles for me tonight
 
Can anyone recommend some good exercises for perking up the chest area?

Wow, good job, adi! I just bought a new gym card but it doesn't start until mid-August :innocent:

Did my first ever morning run today, yay for me. The #1 secret to successful morning workout: DRINK COFFEE BEFORE!
 
^well august is coming in 1 ½ months :lol:
i don't get the coffee thing though.. or is it just to wake you up? :D
 
Today

30 minutes on the treadmill at 9.0 incline at 4 miles an hour
10 minutes on the stairmaster (i'll never do this again... it was my first time on a stairmaster and i've learned how much they suck)
 
45 minutes on elliptical at varying resistance
10 minutes of stretching
crunches

God, yes!! You know how you always hear that to burn the most fat you need to exercise in the morning, before eating anything? So, I tried it. And I could not lift my feet. Seriously just couldn't get 'em up. But the caffeine fix solved that problem quite nicely.

... so no daily routine or yoga class today:innocent: ... but I have the rest of the week off:woot:...
