tomorrow I go in for my last x-ray for my leg....if all goes well I will be HAPPILY and GLEEFULLY marching over to the sauna and gym following my appointment...really easyt exercise though at least its something. NEVER have I craved for exercise like this - this is what sitting around eating junk for 8 weeks does to you
30 minutes on the treadmill at 9.0 incline at 4 miles an hour
10 minutes on the stairmaster (i'll never do this again... it was my first time on a stairmaster and i've learned how much they suck)
God, yes!! You know how you always hear that to burn the most fat you need to exercise in the morning, before eating anything? So, I tried it. And I could not lift my feet. Seriously just couldn't get 'em up. But the caffeine fix solved that problem quite nicely.
