Where do you do your pilates? Only somewhere in pilates class or at home?

I do pilates at home, but thats only because I have three years off classes behind me... I think it's important to understand and learn the technical aspect behind pilates(the use of breath, the pelvic floor muscles etc.) to get the most out of the exercises... and you will only get this if you actually take the classes...:flower: ...

Usually not..I just go to bed!

Tonight went for a run followed by pilates
(I think I"m in a rut)

ran a local 5k (3.1 miles) which takes place every 2nd and 4th saturday of the month. I ran later than I normally run (started at 8 am) so I sweated alot more since the sun was out:rolleyes:

today i ran 12 km
100 hip exercises
300 abs
2 mins plank
plus I walked probably 2 hours or so...just doing errands around the town!

i went for a morning run for the first time ^_^ felt so good

ran 2,5 miles
some muscle exercises (abs, squats, push-ups etc)

and in the evening i'm going to the gym for

spinning 45 min
elliptical 30 min

Yesterday I walked for hours and hours around Cedar Point (amusement park) my body defenitely feels excercised

yesterday I ran for 13 minutes (long time for me). Hope to do the same today when the rain lets up.

^ Good on you! I find running really hard! It makes me feel so dizzy even though I can do other forms of exercise for hours!

Medium intensity cardio - 25 min
Resistance training - bicep, tricep, forearms - 50 min
Martial arts training - 40 min
:muscles:
Every time I come to this thread I remember I really need to get on with more stretching... (Thanks Multitudes )

today:

-cycling to and back from the gym 30 min
-elliptical 15 min
-bodypump class 60 min
