Daily Exercise

ran 12 km and did tonnes of house chores, which is always good exercise (especially lugging my groceries & laundry up and down my big hill!:p )

I think Im going to purchase a bike, and get back into biking outside as opposed to the stationary one inside. We have great quiet, empty roads and trails around here too.

I recommend it! I love, love biking... Plus it's more challenging for your body than using a stationary one (you use your core and arms to keep yourself centered and balanced on your bike).

Keep up the good work everyone!

Today I did:

A 10 minute run + 25 minute powerwalk :)

I swam a little more than 220 laps today which is about 5500 meters. that took me a good two hours. then i ran/walked for 30 minutes. and i plan on doing a relaxing yoga tape later today

I've somehow lost a bit of weight lately, but I'd like to focus more on toning and basically keeping the weight down. I don't think I've been particularly healthy especially with the lack of exercise I've been doing. Anyhow - I was wondering if anyone had any advice as to how to jumpstart my athleticism (or lack of it) The only problem is that I don't have access to any equipment at home and the community centre is kind of ... well blah.. anyhow any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Today I did:

35mins key yoga + 200 crunches + 40 of the bicycle move (for abs) + 10 of the superwoman move (for body toning and abs).

Which exercises in particular do you use for your hips, if you don't mind? I'm trying to lose an inch off :muscles:
