Daily Exercise

Well, today not a hard work-out day, so I had done..

-30min. on the 'indoor bicyle'.
-Walk : 1.5km


And, I can finish saying I'm feeling thinner, faster, and more energetic than those last days:D .

This morning a 50min cycle class
yesterday: 45mins cross trainer and 1hr pilates class
later tonight Ill hopefully get stuck into some weights seeing as Ive been neglecting it lately and are feeling all the worse for it :(
 
I walk a lot..
6 km today

sometimes I dance
sometimes I do situps
but not everyday
 
I do sports everyday:

Monday: 1 h swimming or playing basketball or volleyball or whatever
1,5 h dancing (it's like cheerleading)
250 sit ups

Tuesday: 1 h cross-trainer
250 sit ups

Wednesday: 1 hour cross-trainer
1,25h dancing
250 sit ups

Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday I do the same like Tuesday...

I know it's not that much but I don't have time to do more! :(
 
Hey! :D

Yesterday : I went shopping with my mum and walked for at least 2 hours.

Today : Early in the morning, 40minutes walking+running. And I think now by night I'm doing a little on the 'indoor bicyle'.


And, tomorrow, saturday!! :woot:
I think I'm cooking something for my mum's birthday:blush:, so I'll have to walk to the market to buy all the things I need.

Good work Kate Moore! Its the best feeling when you kickstart an exercise program & it definitely looks like you are well on your way to achieving your goals :)

Friday: 1hr 20 mins endurance training on the cross trainer
Sat & Sun I went away with some close friends which meant lots of wining and dining but I did lots of walking & swimming at the beach which was divine!
Today: Im flat out trying to catch up on work but will make an effort to go doubley hard in cycle tomorrow morning to hopefully make-up for some of my weekend sins!

Gosh Petitpuppy if your aren't doing enough exercise I must be a total slacker! More isn't always better and Im sure you are gorgeous with a killer bod from all that dancing time spent on the crosstrainer!

When i'm walking i have classical music (Bach, Pachelbel, Mozart, Verdi) but when i'm running or doing some intense cardio, up beat pop: britney spears, justin timberlake, hilary duff, beyonce knowles, rihanna, jennifer lopez, madonna (her last album is perfect for working out), etc.

One advice: Even if you miss a workout session, or even if you don't do anything for 3 days, DO NOT GIVE UP. Eventually you will do it (almost) every day and you will love it. :flower:
 
My workouts have been so sporadic. :( Some days I have the energy, some days I don't. I used to post on here nearly every day! :ninja:

I was just wondering, do you like working out with friends? or do you prefer to do it alone? I mean, i see friends hitting the gym together. I dunno, i personally don't like company. It's my me time, i like to concentrate, to give it all, to be alone with my thoughts...

I, too, am with FashionJunkie... I prefer to work out alone... I get to listen to my mp3 player and zone out... not too much, mind you. ;) But really, it depends on the activity... it's nice to have a stroll once in a while with friends or my beau, or even a bikeride... but if we're talking about serious working out that doesn't require a partner... yeah, you can just leave me to it alone.
 
Went to an Abs class at the gym then attempted to do some cardio-got in about 10 min on the eliptical..so boring
 
40 minutes gym cardio... i miss running, but i had to get my tattoos (on my feet) touched up because i didnt let them properly heal, so now i want them to completely heal before i get to run again...

Today:

300 crunches + 35 minute powerwalk + 20 minutes of pilates.
 
I haven't worked out for 2-3 days, I'm really missing it! But, I agree with you, FashionJunkie, we must get up from the falls and try to do it better another time! ^_^

I think tomorrow I'm going to the swimming pool. :D Or, instead, I can go running!

I'm thinking about buying a new mp3 player -well, I want an Ipod (the Nano one) but it's too expensive. Anyway, Christmas is nearly here:flower: !

yesterday: 1 hour bodystep-class
today: nothing :p but it's only 8 pm here so i still have some time do muscles or even go for a walk

need to get firm before my jobs christmas party
 
first time posting here :

-20 minutes pilates
-30 minutes step (I don't like doing step, now I just put on a SATC episode and do step until the end of it)
-15 minutes abdos
