Daily Exercise

Today, in repentance for the 1/2 baguette + chips + cookies fiasco of last night,

20 min arc
20 min elliptical
full weights including gravitron (if that counts as a weight machine, I think so)
20 min treadmill
 
Hey...sooo...i guess all you guys are pretty awesome;) and probably know stuff about exercising.
I'm looking for some cardio that won't give me muscles - mind u that even jogging gives me "too big" calves.
Doing pilates and stretching is great of course, works, but doesn't burn that much. Someone has an idea???

do you have a treadmill? I was like you i wanted cardio but I didn't want muscles!no matter what though we will get muscle~ you were right in saying pilates because that was the best, it changed my body. But another alternate if you have a treadmill to put it in incline and really low at like 2.5 for 30-60 mins. AND SQUEZZE!! :)
 
50 min cycle class this morning and Ill hopefully make it back to the gym after work for a weights session!
 
dvd billy's ultimate bootcamp

I did it yesterday too and today could barely walk - but I like that feeling that I've actually pushed my body
 
LOL me too! I can barely walk today! I did my Crunch pilates cardio yesturday. oo im so sore! But Billy's is definetly a tougher workout :P
 
Jogged for 2 1/2 hours and a Crunch Pilates/Yoga DVD

my body is so sore but the post workout meal was well worth it =)
 
Oh dear! Today I woke up, so after 2 days of his dvd, and I seriously doubt if I'll be leaving my bed. I think the only thing that doesn't hurt is my hair :P

congrats on the 2.5 hour jog! I would immerse myself in garlic bread (one of my reward-type fods) after something like that!

40 mins of crunch pilates..and shopping, thats great excercise
 
Jogged down two flights of stairs becuase I was late to work..

And jogged up those same stairs when I got home tonight.

That's about all I do. :p I'm afraid I'm lazy enough that I'd rather starve myself to stay thin than actually excercise. Ooh, that's bad.
 
Well, this week has been very 'stressful'! But I have worked-out a lot. I think that my body is keeping in the right weight, but I've to lose 2kgs or something like that before Christmas :p .


Monday : 40min. Bicycle indoor (while studying spanish literature :lol: )
45min. Spinning class

Tuesday : 1h.Steps Class.
45min. Spinning Class

Wednesday : didn't have time to go the gym.

Thursday : 1h. Pilates class
1h. Steps class.


Feeling so so so good.

This is my exercise routine that I have been doing daily for the past week:

1 hr of fast walking on the treadmill (with an incline of 7)
100 - 150 reps of rope jumping
48 reps of lunges

that's all I do .. I was thinking lately of getting a personal trainer for yoga, but I'm still not sure. I do not have time to go to the gym.
 
yah I seldom run on a treadmill - I just put the incline to 10 and go at 4.6-4.8 usually.

Yesterday I did a bit of my billyblanks ultimate bootcamp dvd, decided my hamstrings were too tight still to do the rest, so went to the gym and did the arc for 30 minutes as well as the stretching machine
 
Yesterday, did nothing.
Today : 45min. Spinning class and 1h15min. Steps class.



-Don't let a thing undone for tomorrow, if you could do it today.
 
An hour of yoga. And I'm so sore... it's pathetic! :doh: I miss being in shape :(
