Daily Exercise

^ aww you poor thing! Hope you start feeling better soon!

Today: 1.5hrs on the cross trainer
 
For the past few days I've been doing a lot of rope jumping (more than 200 reps/ day) and I'm noticing instant results :D especially in my upper arms & thighs
 
wow! tahts alot, i have a hard time jumping i always get cramps!

40 mins of pilates
 
Exercise seems like a waste of time to me. Does anyone really like doing that elliptical thing? How much extra time are you really going to get to live because you did a lot of exercise? I say spend your time with people you love and eat right.
 
^exactly and also how much time to we spend in front of the TV eating junk food?So why not taking an hour a day to exercise?
 
Exercise doesn't have to be boring, like running 5 miles (but some people find that fun, like me :blush: ). You can dance, enjoy a slow walk, rollerblade, skateboard, surf...the point is to move you're body. And you can do all these things with friends, exercise isn't about isolation. It's kinda hard to catagorize a whole section of a person's life as "a waste if time" if they enjoy it, it's healthy and they get benefits from it. Just my opinion though :innocent: .
 
which reminds me my exercise today :

danced to the Pussycat dolls cd.hell ya.. and shopping in high heels ( my calves are soo tight! ) and last night 100 crunches
