). You can dance, enjoy a slow walk, rollerblade, skateboard, surf...the point is to move you're body. And you can do all these things with friends, exercise isn't about isolation. It's kinda hard to catagorize a whole section of a person's life as "a waste if time" if they enjoy it, it's healthy and they get benefits from it. Just my opinion though
